GemCoat Precat Primer is a reactive, alkyd-amino, pre-catalyzed lacquer primer designed to combine excellent performance with ease of use right out of the can. It has been formulated specifically for use in conjunction with Gemini’s family of pre-catalyzed topcoats on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and architectural millwork.
